Inspect property and send Home Health Report
Inspect and change air filters
Inspect fire extinguisher(s)
Run water and flush toilets

Quarterly:

Test smoke/carbon monoxide detectors
Test garage door auto reverse feature
Check water softener and add salt if needed
Clean garbage disposal
Tighten handles, knobs, racks
Check locks and deadbolts on doors & windows

Annually:

Lubricate garage door tracks
