Absentee Homeowners

$225 / month

(or $65/week if owner is away for less than a month)

For homeowners who are away for long stretches of time, the savings of the monthly plan makes sense. For homeowners who are away for short periods at a time may choose the weekly service charge.

Weekly Scheduled Home Checkups

We schedule weekly home walkthroughs to be sure we stay on top of things. We check the whole house, not just the main areas (that includes attics, crawlspaces, etc.)

Absentee Homeowner Report

Electronic copy sent to homeowner or any other designated individual(s) each visit with photos of any maintenance concerns if necessary.

Basic Maintenance

Concerns will be addressed on as-needed basis (additional fees may apply). If we can handle the repairs with our in-house handyman and maintenance technicians, we will address those issues.

Concierge Scheduling Services

If outside professional services are needed (i.e. plumber, HVAC, etc.), Guardian will schedule and meet with contractors on-site. If certain items are under warranty, we will work with the company with which the warranty is held. If not, we work with several contractors and other service professionals within our network. Any invoice generated by the contractors is pass-through, meaning we pass the invoice directly to the homeowner without any additional fees or expenses.

Montior Routine Services / Point of Contact

Each weekly visit we check on the regular services homeowners may have (mail/deliveries, home cleaning, landscaping, pool cleaning, etc.) and serve as point-of-contact for those services.

Storm Checkups

We live in an area prone to storms and other naturual weather phenomina. Any storm can down a branch and cause damage to your home in a hurry. Guardian will stop by your home following any large storms that may come through our area to ensure no emergency issues have arisen.
